KPIT Acquires Raleigh, NC, based I-Cubed

Adds strong Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) capabilities, further enhancing

Raleigh, NC, June 12, 2014: KPIT (BSE: 532400; NSE: KPIT) a fast growing product engineering and IT consulting partner to Automotive & Transportation, Manufacturing and Energy & Utilities companies, has acquired Raleigh, North Carolina, based Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) specialist, I-Cubed.  I-Cubed is known for its capabilities in PLM software & consulting, supply chain analytics, and its expertise in managing the complexities of product data. Using the combined strengths, KPIT will create best-in-class practices to deliver extended PLM to its global customers.

I-Cubed will drive KPIT’s PLM business in North America under the leadership of Donald Thompson, the current CEO and President of I-Cubed. With this acquisition KPIT’s extended PLM capabilities now include

On November 2nd (this Saturday), I-Cubed employee Paul Goodrich will be raising money for Duke Children’s Hospital as a part of the Extra Life charity event. He will be playing games and streaming his efforts for 25 hours straight from 8 am Saturday to 9 am on Sunday to show support.
